GeoFence Configuration

If you want to receive information about the device entering or leaving of the specific zone, you have to set the GeoFence parameters:
As you can see, you can choose from two GeoFence shapes: circle and polygon. Circle type zone must be set of two central coordinates and radius from the centre. Polygon zone must be set of at least three (maximum 10) points with at least six coordinates.

Adding Circle GeoFence

To add circle shape zone, in the Tools Bar choose Device Configuration / Geofence , then in Geofence window click on New Zone.
In the popped up window click on Circle or Polygon (depends on the last added zone type) In the opened menu choose Circle .
Adjust map image and with left click mark your desired zone centre.
Release left mouse button and slowly moving the mouse form the circle which radius will be equal to the distance from the circle centre to its border.
When you reach the desired zone size, left click again and the zone will be set.

Adding Polygon GeoFence

Polygon shape zone is more complicated, because every single point is set of two coordinates. E.g. if the shape rectangular, you will need eight coordinates to set it.
To form a polygon shape zone, in the Tools Bar choose Device Configuration / Geofence. Then in the Geofence window click New Zone and in the popped up window click on Circle or Polygon (depends on the last added zone type)
In the opened menu choose Polygon .
Adjust the map image and with the left click mark the first GeoFence point.
Release the left mouse button and slowly move the mouse to the second polygon point.
To fix the point position - click the left mouse button once more.
The polygon GeoFence can be set of maximum 10 points. Once you have finished forming the GeoFence, double click the left mouse button and the first point will automatically connect with the last point of the polygon.

When GeoFence is finished, in the Geofence window click Done . In the opened Save Zone window enter the GeoFence name and click OK .
If you want to cancel saving of the GeoFence, in the Save zone window click Cancel . The new zone can be enabled or disabled by selecting or removing the selection by Enable function.

To set a sent SMS message text upon leaving or entering the GeoFence, fill in SMS Cross in and SMS Cross Out fields. The possible SMS text options can be chosen from the drop down menu.
To add or change the SMS message text, in GeoFence window click on SMS Templates.

The last thing in creating the GeoFence is to enter the phone numbers of the receivers.

Phone numbers can be enetered in the Notify Numbers table in the left corner of the slide bar menu. Here you can enter two phone numbers to where the informational SMS messages will be sent.

In the same slide bar there is a Time Scheduling table where you can set the GeoFence active time.
In there you can set zone's activity time. It can be chosen from: Week days. E.g.: You can choose or remove any days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and so on. In the Start time and End time set the period of time when the zone will be checked on the set days.

Delete GeoFence
