Monitoring
To review data in the device, check if you have digital maps installed to the computer. If the map is installed, connect the device to the computer and click Connect GH.
In the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring. If there are more than one digital maps installed in the computer, then the random map will be displayed when running the programme for the first time.
Then in the opnened monitoring window click Device in the Tools Bar.
In the opened menu select one of the possible data type from the device memory. Event points is data selected using SMSTRACK function. Periodical points is data periodidally saved to the device memory without sending them or for some reason were not sent to the server. Alarm points is data saved on the alarm signal which for some reason were not sent to the server.
If no data for selection is available, it is possible, that the data was sent to the server. It is also possible that the device could not set and save data.
Display data on the map
If you have a correct digital map installed to your computer, you can use the Show track function, which will display data from the device on the map. To use this function, in the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring , then read the data from the device and in the Monitoring window tools bar click Show track .
Add data for display
In the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring . In the opened Monitoring window click Open . In the opened menu select Track log file . Now select the file and the data will be displayed in the data table below.
Data display in Google Earth map
In the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring . In the openend Monitoring window read the data from the device and click Open Google Earth (KML file) . Program will automatically open Google Earth program and will dispay the read data on the digital map.
Clear data from Device
In the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring . Then in the monitoring window click Device . In the opened selection menu, select the data type you want to delete and the Clear event points will delete all data collected using SMSTRACK function. Clear periodical points will delete data collected periodically, Clear alarm points will delete data collected during activated alarm function. To clear all memory, simply click on Clear all points.
Data saving into file
In the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring . Then in the Monitoring window click Save . In the opened selection menu, select the *.CSV file saving format as this format is recognized by most data reading programs. Another possible file saving format is *.KML . This format is used for Google Earth program.
when you choose the file saving format, a system window for file saving in the computer will open. Select a file saving direcotry, name a file and click OK .
Map Selection
If there is more than one digital map installed in the computer, the program will check them and will randomly select one of possible maps which will be displayed in the Monitoring window. To change the displaying map, in the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring and in the opened Monitoring window click Map . In the opened selection menu you will see all suitable maps for display. Select the map pictogramme and the map will be loaded in the main Monitoring window.
Coordinate Review
To see the coordinate received in SMS message on the digital map, use funtion View location on map . To use this function, in the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring and in the opened Monitoring window click on View location on map .
In the popped up dialogue window enter the received data (coordinates) and click Ok .
The programme will find the place according to the given coordinates and will mark the spot.
Map in Full Screen
To see the map in Full screen, in the Tools Bar Menu choose Monitoring . In the opened Monitoring window click Fullscreen . The program will hide all tools bars and will leave only a digital map. To return to normal view, click Exit fullscreen .
Data Filter
To filter data which was loaded to the program, use the filters in the Tools Bar Menu under Monitoring , or in the tools bar of the opened window.
